*exclusive recipe Ã  la TT

'Bake' Time: 30-40 min | Serves: 4-6

Ingredients:

5 oz White Chocolate Chips

1 [4-oz] Baking White Chocolate Bar

1/2 cup of Sliced Roasted Almonds [home-roasted tastes best!]

1 spoonful tsp Matcha [Japanese] Green Tea

1 1/2 Sweet Cream Butter

How-to:

- Boil 2-3 cups of water, in a medium-large pot; once it reached boiling level, reduce to med-low heat.

- Melt all White Chocolate together in the microwave for 2 min, in a microwaveable potor  saucepan/bowl with handle(s) [one that can be placed/fitted inside the water-pot, above].

- Remove from the microwave; place this chocolate pot inside the water-pot; stir/blend, using a wooden [or silicone] spoon.

- In case water splashed inside the chocolate pot - absorb it with a piece of paper-towel.

- Add/mix Roasted Almond + Matcha. Blend well.

- Let it sit about 2-3 min, in water-pot. Add Butter, and mix well.

- The final texture/mixture would similar to a 'cookie dough'.

- Start scooping/molding/shaping 'the cookies' however you like it. There's no special "rules", here! ;-)

[Or, remove from heat, place the mixture on a piece of foil/baking sheet, smooth it out with a big spoon, cover with plastic wrap on top and 'sandwich' the Matcha Chocolate between 2 chopping boards; then, place something heavy on top. Once it becomes 'solid', use a good knife to press-cut into pieces.]

- Best if enjoyed with Green Tea or  your fav [hot] drinks or something much "cooler" like, Ice Cream! The sky's your limit! (:
